French drone and air conditioner detection system

Real drone detection is only possible with neural networks, we think so. Only lazy media hasn’t written about how NATO can’t recognize drones.

Let’s assume that Russia is more technologically advanced and detects every flying object. Especially in the dense development of large cities - in conditions where the French Parade drone detection and neutralization system was tested. It’s unclear why GPS is then being jammed throughout Moscow?

Actually, if you know physics, it’s completely unclear how you can detect a non-metallic object using radio waves. And lidar on ultrasound - everyone knows - is not noise-resistant.

By the way, I would like to stand up for the French. If their system recognizes any fan as a drone, that’s a pretty high result. It’s not just the degree of reflection that is studied, it’s not just the shape of the object that is determined, it’s already advanced analysis in dynamics.

However, it is time to follow Elon Musk and acknowledge the fact that the most accurate type of object recognition is optical. It is video cameras, which today see even in complete darkness, that can become sensors for anti-drone neural networks.

Of course, there is still the problem of the database for the shapes of various drones. But this is just a matter of small investments. If serious attention is paid to this type of counter-UAV warfare, then today’s neural networks can be trained on everything.

Cameras are inexpensive, especially since they are already almost everywhere. Bulky computers are no longer needed, videoblazers work in any conditions. And the prices are negligible compared to the “S-300”.
