2 Videoblazers, Traffic light control controller, 12 Full-HD cameras for traffic directions, pedestrian crossings, and overall intersection monitoring for congestion and accident detection. 4 sensors, 4 relays, specialized logic, ITS communication protocol, “Special Lab-Intersection” communication protocol, “Duple” server communication protocol (Traffic Police). Neural Networks: pedestrian, bicycle, car, truck, bus, tram/train.
The video cameras are used to analyze traffic flow, vehicle type, speed characteristics, pedestrian presence, and potential accidents. Based on a combination of these parameters, priority is given to certain directions, resulting in increased overall intersection capacity.
Emergency vehicles are also identified, and the smart traffic light prioritizes their passage.
